• Researcher Conferences reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
• In the event of postponement, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled conference date.
• Access to the virtual conference platform is restricted to registered participants only.
• Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference.
• Cancer Research 2026 reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is considered inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other attendees, without refund.
• All information submitted during registration must be accurate and complete.
• Researcher Conferences reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to advance commitments related to conference organization, platform services, administrative expenses, and event management, the following policy applies:

• Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
• If a registered participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another individual from the same organization upon prior written approval from the conference organizers.
• Registered participants may also request to transfer their registration to a future conference organized by Researcher Conferences, subject to approval and applicable conditions.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the conference.
• In the event that the conference is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new conference date.
• If the conference is cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled, participants may be offered an alternative event or credit at the discretion of the organizers.
